Good afternoon
As retired Truck Sales Manager in the UK I spent most of my time selling ERF trucks and latterly IVECO.I started in the industry in 1958 as an apprentice mechanic with the old FODENS LTD Co.
Whilst in Alice Springs some years ago I saw an 8 cylinder Gardner engined Foden parked next to the Vesty Rotinoff.I know the Rotinoff has since been renovated but what happened to the Foden. Is there a renovated Foden at Alice yet or any future plans to have one ?

The answer is probably, eventually. There are one hell of a lot of unrenovated trucks already there and the number of volunteers is limited
They are working through the trucks as they come to them
