Ross is a true enthusiast about everything with which he is involved and is great fun to be around at the same time as being a consummate professional where business is involved.

Growing up in Victoria, Ross joined Cummins in 1970. He later led the establishment of an application engineering and pilot centre to assist the local truck manufacturers who were designing and building their trucks. During this time he developed and patented a dual fuel control system to enable diesel engines to run on CNG/LPG. Working in the United States and UK, Ross was involved in the establishment of service support with the distributor and truck dealer networks. He retired in 2009 to 400 acres of bush property in rural Victoria.
